Orders must be collected personally by the individual who placed the order. Due to the high value of the products, authorised collection by third parties is not permitted under normal circumstances.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases where the customer is unable to collect the order in person due to verified medical conditions. Supporting documentation will be required for review.
