All Lion Bullion products are craft to order, and fulfilment process required approximately forty-eight (48) business days after we have confirmed your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to visit our bullion webstore:
- Secured Vaulting - Customers who select secured vaulting may view the serial numbers of the bars owned via the vaulting page.
- In‑Person Collection – Customers who select in‑person collection may view in the order page the serial number of the bars that you will be collecting. Select the collection location, date and time to collect your order from designated Singapore Mint retail shops.
- Local Delivery: Customer who selected local delivery may view in the order page the serial number of the bars that will be delivered to you. Receive your order via insured doorstep delivery within Singapore.
During festive or peak demand periods, order fulfilment timelines may be extended beyond forty-eight (48) business days. Customers will be informed promptly via email with updated collection or delivery details.
