Minor surface variations such as scratches, handling marks, scuffs, small dents, edge marks, toning, or spotting may occur during the normal minting, packaging, transportation, storage, inspection, and fulfilment processes.
These appearance-related variations are common for bullion products and do not affect the bullion's precious metal content, weight, purity, authenticity, or value.
As such, minor surface variations on the bullion product or its packaging are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for exchange, return, refund, or replacement.
