Minor scratches, scuffs, or surface marks on the protective plastic film may occur during normal handling, transportation, storage, packaging, inspection, and fulfilment processes. These marks affect only the exterior protective film and do not impact the bullion product itself, including its precious metal content, weight, purity, authenticity, or value.
As such, cosmetic wear or imperfections on the protective film or packaging alone are not considered product defects and do not qualify for exchange, return, refund, or replacement.
