If your bank withholds or places your funds on hold, this is usually due to the bank’s internal security, compliance, or verification checks, which are beyond our control.
In such cases, please follow the steps below:
- Contact your bank directly to clarify the reason for the hold. You may request your bank to cancel the transaction and inform them that you will be placing a new order that requires immediate release of funds.
- Please note that payment must be released and completed within five (5) minutes. If the payment is not completed within this time frame, the order will be considered unsuccessful.
- Do not make a duplicate payment unless your bank has confirmed that the original transaction was cancelled or unsuccessful.
- If the funds are released after the stipulated time, the order will not be processed, and the funds will be returned to you within three (3) business days, subject to your bank’s processing timeline.
