There may be a few reasons why the “Sell Back” button is not activated:
- The Lion Bullion Bar has not exceeded the 14‑day holding period from the date it was made available on the “vault ownership” page.
- The Sell-Back function is not available for collected and delivered bars, therefore the “Sell-Back” is not available for you.
- The button may appear greyed out due to cached data stored in your browser. You may try clearing your browser cache to resolve this issue.
