How Do I Initiate A Sell-Back For Vaulted Bars?

Sell‑back is seamless on our webstore. Once initiated, we will arrange for payment to be credited directly to your preferred mode of payment within 2 business days after the sell-back process has been confirmed.

STEPS

To initiate a sell-back process for your vaulted bars, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Lion Bullion account.
  2. Click on “Vault Ownership” under "My Account".
  3. Select “Vault Overview”.
  4. Locate the bar you wish to sell and click on “Sell Back”.
  5. Review and reconfirm the sell-back details.
  6. Login to Singpass for verification.
  7. Provide and check your payment details to complete the process.
  8. The total payout amount shown is the final amount you will receive. Kindly select all required checkboxes to proceed.
Once submitted, your request will be processed accordingly.

 

 

A sell-back summary will be sent to you via email upon completion.
