You will receive a confirmation email within three (3) business days after initiating the sell-back request for vaulted bars. Proceeds are typically credited within two (2) business days after the sell-back is confirmed.
Collected Bars And Delivered Bars
For collected or delivered bars, sell-back process is completed after your in-person appointment and authentication may take 2 – 3 weeks before payment is processed.
