Yes. You may request withdrawal at any time, subject to prevailing vaulting fees.
The vaulting service may be terminated once all outstanding fees have been fully settled. Upon settlement, you may submit a withdrawal request to arrange for the release and collection (or delivery) of your bullion bars from the vault.
