You may submit a withdrawal request via the “Vault Ownership” page and schedule a collection appointment.
To initiate a withdrawal process for your vaulted bars, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Lion Bullion account.
Click on “Vault Ownership” under "My Account".
Select “Vault Overview” and the bar(s) you wish to withdraw.
- Complete Singpass verification.
- Choose your preferred collection location and date of collection.
- Confirm the request by selecting all required checkboxes and proceed.
Once submitted, your request will be processed accordingly.
A withdrawal summary will be sent to you via email upon completion.
Please note that withdrawals can only be made after the 14-day holding period, calculated from the date the item is made available on the “Vault Ownership” page.
